Commercial Curbing at Chenal Valley, Little Rock

A retail center near Chenal Valley in west Little Rock contracted us to upgrade the curbing along its main entrance drive and parking lot islands. The existing poured-in-place curb was cracked and stained, detracting from the center's freshly repainted facades and newly planted crepe myrtles.
We removed the old curbing and installed 500 linear feet of heavy-duty commercial-grade decorative curbing with a flagstone stamp pattern. The sandstone integral color was chosen to match the building's limestone veneer, creating a seamless visual flow from the architecture to the landscape. Reinforced with fiber mesh, this curbing is engineered to handle vehicle bumps and commercial mower traffic.
The project was phased over four days to keep the parking lot accessible to tenants and shoppers. A high-solids polyurethane sealer was applied for maximum durability against oil drips and deicing salt. The property manager reported that the upgraded entrance has drawn positive feedback from tenants and their customers alike.
